Not just a fairy tale-

"During homecoming one year, one of our students was nominated for Homecoming Queen. She was very excited but was afraid to accept the nomination. She could not afford a dress or to have her hair styled.

Some teachers collected enough money to have her hair and makeup done. Another teacher found a supply of previously owned prom dresses including one suitable for homecoming. It was amazing to see the change in confidence that allowed her to participate in homecoming and be crowned queen!"
